The Child and Family Health Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a full-time capacity. This remote role allows our LCSW to engage with clients via telehealth services, making it accessible for families in various environments, including schools, homes, and community settings. While your primary duties will involve counseling and therapeutic interventions through virtual platforms, you will also have opportunities to participate in community outreach efforts and activities focused on raising mental health awareness.

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health status, strengths, and areas of challenges.
• Provide individualized, family, and group therapy tailored to specific cultural backgrounds and unique client needs, utilizing evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing.
• Design and implement detailed treatment plans that outline therapeutic goals, interventions, and progress tracking.
• Participate in dynamic case consultations with a multidisciplinary team, ensuring that interventions are coordinated and holistic in nature.
• Deliver timely crisis intervention services, performing risk assessments and developing effective safety plans for at-risk clients.
• Advocate for clients' needs by connecting them with valuable community resources and providing necessary case management support.
• Engage in community outreach efforts to diminish stigma surrounding mental health and enhance access to care.

The LCSW will work primarily with children, adolescents, and their families, addressing a range of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral disorders. • Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW) is required.

• Previous experience in a community mental health setting is preferred, particularly within school-based mental health services.
