This position is designed for flexibility, allowing our therapists to engage in remote therapy sessions while also scheduling appointments in our outpatient office as necessary. • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and support systems.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based treatment modalities suited to the client's concerns.
• Utilize therapeutic approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy to promote healing.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that set clear goals, tailor interventions, and track client progress.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure a seamless approach to client care.
• Offer crisis intervention and risk assessment when necessary, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients.
• Maintain timely and thorough documentation in compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements, contributing to the overall effectiveness of therapeutic interventions.

Our clients are diverse, ranging from children and adolescents to adults. They come to us seeking support for an array of mental health concerns, including relationship issues, personal struggles, trauma, and more. As a therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with individuals and families, empowering them with the tools needed to navigate their challenges.

• A valid license as a Marriage and Family Therapist in Pennsylvania.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field; a Master’s Degree preferred.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
• Experience working with diverse populations and an understanding of cultural competency.
• Familiarity with mental health documentation systems and electronic health records.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 yearly, commensurate with experience.
