Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices to promote recovery.
  • Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists, social workers, and addiction specialists, to ensure integrated and effective care.
  • Educate and support clients' families, involving them in the recovery process to enhance outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and client records in compliance with state and federal regulations, ensuring confidentiality throughout the treatment process.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will primarily focus on clients dealing with substance abuse issues, alongside various underlying mental health disorders such as anxiety, depression, and trauma. You will provide compassionate care tailored to each client's unique experiences and challenges, helping them navigate their recovery journeys with dignity and respect.

Qualifications
  • A valid state-issued license such as LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD is required.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Solid understanding of evidence-based practices specific to addiction counseling and co-occurring disorders.
  • Strong therapeutic and counseling skills, with a proven ability to engage and motivate clients towards their recovery goals.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and team members.
Preferred Experience
  • Master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

The salary range for this position is competitive, with compensation set between USD 80,000 and 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and credentials.
