Renewa is seeking a friendly, organized, and proactive Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our employees, guests, and business partners. This role is responsible for managing the front desk, coordinating office logistics, and providing administrative support that helps keep our fast-paced environment running smoothly.

The ideal candidate is service-oriented, detail-focused, and enjoys creating a welcoming and professional workplace experience. This position offers opportunities for growth into broader administrative and operations responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk & Guest Services

  • Greet and assist visitors and vendors with a professional and welcoming attitude.
  • Manage the main office phone line, directing calls and taking messages as needed.
  • Coordinate visitor arrivals and notify employees of guests.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception and common area.

Office Operations & Administrative Support

  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages.
  • Prepare and ship outgoing mail and packages using company shipping accounts (FedEx & USPS).
  • Monitor inventory levels and restock snacks, beverages, and office essentials.
  • Assist with conference room setup and ensure shared spaces are presentation ready.
  • Provide administrative support to the Office Manager and leadership team.
  • Serve as a backup resource for various administrative functions as the office grows.
  • Coordinate weekly lunch orders for employees

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of receptionist, administrative assistant, hospitality, or office support experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional demeanor with exceptional customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
  • Experience with shipping platforms, online ordering systems, and expense management tools is a plus.
