  • Support daily reception operations at the company’s global headquarters.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employees, executives, visitors, and guests.
  • Answer and manage multi-line phone calls professionally.
  • Greet and assist visitors and provide guest services.
  • Manage visitor registration.
  • Coordinate incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and shipping activities.
  • Handle multiple requests and priorities while maintaining excellent customer service.
  • Work professionally with executives, employees, visitors, and other stakeholders.
  • Looking for a polished, confident, personable, and professional individual with a strong customer service background.
  • Corporate environment experience is preferred.
