Nous sommes a la recherche d'un(e) Specialiste des services aux patients - Hub pour rejoindre notre equipe du Programme de soutien aux patients (PSP) dans le cadre d'un contrat de 12 mois. Dans ce role entierement a distance, vous fournirez un soutien administratif et operationnel afin d'assurer que les patients, les professionnels de la sante et les partenaires recoivent un service rapide et exact.
Il s'agit d'un poste de niveau debutant dans le domaine du soutien en sante, ou vous contribuerez a la prestation du programme aux patients en soutenant les inscriptions, les processus de remboursement et les activites de service a la clientele, tout en travaillant selon des procedures et des lignes directrices etablies.
Ce que vous ferez :
- Soutenir les processus d'inscription et d'admission des patients conformement aux exigences du programme.
- Repondre aux demandes entrantes et sortantes des patients et des professionnels de la sante en utilisant des scripts et des documents approuves.
- Aider a coordonner les communications entre les patients, les professionnels de la sante, les pharmacies, les assureurs et les equipes internes.
- Effectuer la saisie de donnees et le traitement de la documentation (p. ex., formulaires d'inscription, documents de remboursement, dossiers de laboratoire ou de perfusion).
- Soutenir les activites de remboursement, y compris la collecte de documents et les suivis.
- Maintenir des dossiers exacts et assurer l'integrite des donnees dans les systemes.
- Identifier et transmettre les problemes non routiniers selon les processus etablis.
- Assurer la conformite aux normes de confidentialite, reglementaires (GxP) et du programme.
- Contribuer aux niveaux de service de l'equipe en completant les taches de facon precise et dans les delais.
Exigences de base :
- Formation postsecondaire (diplome collegial ou combinaison equivalente de formation et d'experience).
- Poste de niveau debutant; generalement 0 a 2 ans d'experience pertinente en service a la clientele, administration en sante ou centre d'appels.
- Bilingue (anglais/francais).
- Grande attention aux details et capacite a suivre des processus structures.
- Capacite demontree a effectuer avec precision des taches de saisie de donnees et administratives.
- Maitrise de base de l'informatique (Microsoft Office, systemes de donnees/documentation).
- Bonnes habiletes de communication pour gerer des demandes courantes.
Competences / experience souhaitees :
- Experience dans un programme de soutien aux patients (PSP), le secteur de la sante, la pharmacie ou les assurances.
- Experience ou exposition aux processus de remboursement, de facturation ou de verification des assurances.
- Familiarite avec les systemes CRM ou les flux de travail lies a la documentation en sante.
Environnement de travail et exigences :
- Poste principalement de type administratif necessitant une utilisation prolongee de l'ordinateur.
- Peut necessiter la gestion de taches administratives et de communications a volume eleve dans un environnement structure et rapide.

About the Role
We are seeking a Hub Patient Services Specialist to join our Patient Support Program (PSP) team on a 12-month contract. In this fully remote role, you will provide administrative and operational support to ensure patients, healthcare providers, and partners receive timely and accurate service.
This is an entry-level healthcare support role where you will contribute to patient program delivery by supporting enrollment, reimbursement processes, and customer service activities, working within established procedures and guidelines.
What You'll Do:
- Support patient enrollment and onboarding processes in alignment with program requirements.
- Respond to inbound and outbound patient and provider inquiries using approved scripts and materials.
- Assist in coordinating communication between patients, healthcare professionals, pharmacies, insurers, and internal teams.
- Perform data entry and documentation processing (e.g., enrollment forms, reimbursement documents, lab or infusion records).
- Support reimbursement activities, including document collection and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records and data integrity across systems.
- Identify and escalate non-routine issues following established processes.
- Ensure compliance with privacy, regulatory (GxP), and program standards.
- Contribute to team service levels by completing tasks accurately and on time.
Basic Requirements:
- Post-secondary education (college diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Entry-level role; 0-2 years of relevant experience in customer service, healthcare administration, or call center environments is typical.
- Bilingual (English/French).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.
- Demonstrated ability to perform data entry and administrative tasks accurately.
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, data/document systems).
- Strong communication skills for handling routine inquiries.
Preferred Skills / Experience:
- Experience in a Patient Support Program (PSP), healthcare, pharmacy, or insurance environment.
- Exposure to reimbursement, billing, or benefits verification processes.
- Familiarity with CRM systems or healthcare documentation workflows.
Work Environment & Requirements:
- Primarily a desk-based role requiring extended computer use.
- May require managing high-volume administrative tasks and communications in a structured, fast-paced environment.

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. $42,500 - $70,900
