We are seeking a weekend receptionist to join our team! The receptionist will professionally greet, assist, and provide direction and information to residents, families, visitors, vendors, and other guests of the facility.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer the phones and take messages; greet and direct visitors.
  • Maintain the reception area, perform data entry, and sort and distribute the mail.
  • Provide customer and clerical support.

Qualifications:

  • Previous office experience preferred
  • Ability to type, use the computer and use Microsoft products preferred
