NOW HIRING Receptionist / Customer Service Representative
Coshocton, OHMancan Staffing is seeking a professional Receptionist / Customer Service Representative for a well-established company in Coshocton. This is a full-time, MondayFriday position with no weekends or travel required! The primary responsibility of this position is serving as the company's front desk receptionist while also providing backup support to the Customer Service Department as needed. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organization, and the ability to multitask while maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.

Pay based on experience $16.00 hr / 18.00 hr
Primary Responsibilities : -Greet visitors and provide outstanding customer service.
-Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls.
-Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
-Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
-File documents accurately and maintain organized records.
-Order office supplies.
-Email and mail customer invoices.
-Proof customer orders for accuracy.
-Shred confidential documents daily.
-Coordinate customer mailings, including mail merges and post office deliveries.
-Process public sales transactions, including cash, check, and credit card payments.
-Schedule appointments and meetings.
-Provide administrative support to other departments as needed.
Customer Service Responsibilities:
-Serve as backup for the Customer Service Department during vacations and absences.
-Learn the company's products and customer service procedures.
-Process customer orders received by phone, email, and fax.
-Assist customers with pricing, freight, returns, and product inquiries.
-Prepare customer correspondence, including credits, debits, complaints, and return documentation.
