Grace Federal Solutions is hiring a dependable Van Services Drivers to provide safe, reliable transportation for students, employees, patients, and visitors within a structured transit program.
This is a critical role serving a healthcare and campus environment. Professionalism, punctuality, and sound judgment are non-negotiable.

What You'll Do
  • Safely operate passenger vans and non-CDL buses in full compliance with DOT and traffic regulations
  • Follow assigned routes and dispatch instructions accurately
  • Conduct detailed pre-trip and post-trip inspections
  • Complete required logs, manifests, and incident reports
  • Maintain clear two-way radio communication with dispatch
  • Assist passengers with boarding and exiting as needed
  • Respond professionally to service questions and concerns
  • Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols
  • Attend required safety trainings
Schedule Details
  • Primary schedule: Day shift (10:30 AM - 7:00 PM)
  • Must be flexible for nights, weekends, and holidays as required

Minimum Qualifications
