Job description

Title: Campus Production Manager
Campus: Gilbert
Reports To: Production Director
Status: Full-time
Position Summary: The Campus Production Manager works with the Production Team by managing all live production aspects of a specific Central campus. This includes managing live production environments, programming and operating live production systems, volunteer training, system maintenance, inventory management, and campus team projects. Additionally, this campus is the broadcast campus and will require additional attention to aspects of the broadcast.
Essential Job Functions:
  • Manage AVL systems across the campus, including troubleshooting issues with equipment, repairing equipment, and performing equipment maintenance.
  • Program AVL systems and content for all production environments, including ProPresenter files, lighting console files, etc.
  • Support the Weekend Producer by solving production-related problems that may arise during weekend services.
  • Train and equip volunteers to run Production equipment for weekend services and midweek events.
  • Uphold and maintain broadcast video standards set by the Production Director.
  • Create and maintain AVL system inventory.
  • Create and maintain SOP documents for both staff and volunteers relating to processes, equipment operation, and maintenance.
  • Provide production support for events happening on campus as needed.
  • Support Kids and Student ministry needs as necessary.
  • Work on all team projects when required.
  • Performs related duties as required.

Experience & Working Conditions
  • Minimum 2 years of leadership experience
  • Experience working in ministry is preferred but not required
  • Experience working in a live production environment
  • Advanced working knowledge in key AVL production systems, including but not limited to DiGiCo, Waves, ETC, ProPresenter, Resolume, Ross video switchers, Bitfocus Companion, Brompton, ROE, etc.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
  • Standing for extended periods of time
