The Sales Project Coordinator supports the Sales team through strong organization, data accuracy, and proactive coordination. This role plays a critical role in keeping sales processes running smoothly, ensuring important details are correct, and helping Sales teams operate efficiently and professionally.

What You’ll Do
  • Provide administrative, communication, and organizational support to the Sales team
  • Enter, maintain, and audit data within CRM systems (Salesforce/HubSpot) to ensure accuracy
  • Coordinate meetings, track action items, and proactively follow up to ensure completion
  • Serve as a liaison between Sales, Finance, Operations, and external partners
  • Prepare and manage expense reports and review distributions for accuracy
  • Field inbound client inquiries and route them to the appropriate Sales representative
  • Support contract requests and identify missing, inconsistent, or incorrect information
  • Create reports and presentations using Excel, PowerPoint, and related tools
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Support additional projects and initiatives as assigned

  • Experience in an office, administrative, accounting, sales support, or similar role is helpful but not required

  • High aptitude to learn new systems, processes, and business concepts quickly
  • Sharp, analytical thinker with strong data entry and organizational skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail, particularly when working with contracts and sales-related data where accuracy is critical
  • Ability to work well within a team environment and build positive working relationships
  • Comfort partnering closely with Sales while also providing clear, respectful feedback when mistakes or issues arise
  • Kind, professional, and collaborative approach, coupled with the confidence to uphold standards and expectations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills


Physical Requirements

  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
  • Frequent use of a computer, phone, and headset
  • Ability to communicate clearly verbally and in writing

 

Additional Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age to meet company driving and insurance eligibility requirements 
  • Valid driver's license required. Ability to obtain and maintain identification necessary for work-related travel is required 
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality



Compensation & Benefits Disclosure: The compensation range for this position is $22.00-$26.00 per hour. This range represents REMEDI8's good-faith estimate of the compensation expected to be offered to a successful candidate at the time of hire. Actual compensation may vary based on factors including experience, skills, education, certifications, geographic location, market conditions, and business needs.

 

Placement within the compensation range will be determined based on factors including experience, skills, certifications, education, geographic market, internal equity, and business needs.

 

In addition to base pay, eligible employees may have access to company-sponsored benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability coverage, retirement savings plans with company match, paid time off, paid holidays, and other programs offered in accordance with company policy and applicable law.
