  • Collaborate with Teams: Work with project managers, superintendents, and subcontractors to gather necessary information on field conditions and ensure tasks are properly assigned.

  • Assist in Reporting: Help prepare basic reports on project schedule status, highlighting any delays, issues, or changes that could impact project delivery.
  • Support Change Management: Assist in identifying and documenting schedule changes and help implement adjustments as necessary.
  • Learn Industry Standards: Gain a solid understanding of construction processes and project scheduling best practices while working with more experienced team members.

    • A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field, or relevant field experience.
    • Three to five years’ experience managing construction schedule preferred. Any experience in construction or project management is a plus, but we will train the right candidate

    • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
    • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with project management or scheduling software (e.g., MS Project, Procore, Primavera P6) is a plus but not required.
