The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of a significant framework migration project. This includes transitioning from ASP.NET to a LAMP stack, overseeing complete code redevelopment, managing extensive data migration, and integrating new mobile and multimedia functionalities. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a meticulous approach to project management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery for the migration of an existing ASP.NET framework to a modern LAMP framework (PHP, MySQL, CSS, HTML, jQuery).
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, developing detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Oversee comprehensive code redevelopment, ensuring all new code adheres to Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 compliance standards.
  • Manage the complete data migration strategy and execution from MS SQL Server to MySQL for the entire site.
  • Direct the migration of four critical databases: manufacturer/MIC, recalls, document library, and image library.
  • Facilitate the implementation of new web technologies, including embedded video capabilities and enhanced mobile responsiveness across the platform.
  • Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution and communication to stakeholders.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and foster strong communication across development teams, business units, and external vendors.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, budget, and resources, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Required Qualifications:
