The ServiceNow Product Manager, ITOM/ CMDB oversees a product technical strategy and roadmap. They bridge the gap between engineering and business teams, translating user needs and business goals into technical requirements, managing product development, and ensuring products meet both technical specifications.

Job Description:

  • Develops roadmap for the product based on input from internal stakeholders, business, market research and their own industry insight.
  • Works closely with stakeholders, developers, and teams to prioritize and deliver timely product features.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor solution quality through testing, reviews, and adherence to standards.
  • Defining Requirements - Translate business requirements into actionable tasks for the team.
  • Leads Product Teams. Oversee the allocation of product team resources within approved funding to the most valuable initiatives.
  • Track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for the product.
  • Works closely with Development/Engineering and other teams to deliver products that align with vision, meets business needs and are delivered to a consistently high-quality standard.
  • Proactively identify potential risks and bottlenecks, and develop mitigation strategies and backup plans.
  • Accountable for product-level value delivery, ensuring funded initiatives deliver measurable business outcomes aligned to the approved roadmap.
  • Act as the point of contact for stakeholders on product progress and changes.
  • Clearly articulate complex technical concepts to various audiences to gain buy-in and align stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback.
  • Backlog Management - Prioritize, refine, and maintain the product backlog.
  • Adheres to strong IT governance in the project and program management Centers of Excellence
  • Establish transparent communication channels with internal and external stakeholders, building strong, influential relationships and ensuring alignment with product goals and objectives
  • Ensuring Product Quality - Ensure deliverables meet the agreed-upon acceptance criteria and quality standards.
  • Oversee technology contracts: to ensure compliance, cost-effectiveness, and strategic alignment

Pay Range:

$136,200.00 - $204,200.00

The pay range for this position is outlined above. The final amount offered at the start of employment is determined based on factors including, but not limited to, experience level, knowledge, skills, abilities and geographic location, and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance and market factors.
