Locations: Richmond

$17/hr base + $4/hr weekend differential
Earn up to $21/hr on weekends

At CRi, we support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live meaningful, independent lives-and we're strengthening our weekend teams with enhanced weekend pay.

DSP I staff earn an additional $4/hr for qualifying weekend hours (Friday 11:00 PM - Monday 9:00 AM).

Are you experienced, compassionate, and ready to lead? At CRi, we're looking for a Direct Support Professional Ito empower individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live meaningful, independent lives in their communities.

As a DSP I, you'll go beyond basic care-you'll mentor, advocate, and help transform lives, all while supporting a team and driving excellence.

What You'll Do:
