Job description

YOUR MISSION

Studson is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Pad Print Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, troubleshooting, and maintaining pad printing equipment to ensure high-quality printing on ABS plastic helmets. This role requires technical expertise, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to maintaining production efficiency. If you have never run a pad printer before, that's no problem. We will train our technicians on our specific equipment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Set up and adjust pad printing machines according to job specifications.

  • Prepare inks, pads, clichรฉs, and other necessary materials for printing operations.

  • Operate pad printing machines to produce high-quality prints on ABS plastic.

  • Inspect printed products for quality assurance and make necessary adjustments.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and technical issues with printing equipment.

  • Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and calibration of pad printing machines.

  • Maintain accurate records of production runs, maintenance, and material usage.

  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.

  • Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and improve processes.
