Job description

Summary

This position will focus on the printing, finishing, and shipping/receiving aspects of sales-related graphic materials for internal print production. Duties will include printing, cutting, sorting, packing, labeling, distributing, shipping, and tracking of all print materials.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Perform the finishing process including cutting, attaching documentation, batch sorting, and packing projects.
  • Assist Graphic Designers with printing, finishing, and shipping large coroplast, vinyl, and matte banner projects and small format prints.
  • Proof content for accuracy.
  • Prepare and process labels for internal and external shipping.
  • Coordinate pick-ups according to the shipping schedule.
  • Order and receive incoming graphic media deliveries.
  • Stock media and consumables.
  • Provide general maintenance of printshop equipment.
  • Perform workflow documentation and daily shipment tracking.

  • Experience utilizing ONYX Poster Shop, Vertelith, and FlexiSIGN, preferred but not required.
  • Working knowledge of large-format printing a plus.
  • Inventory management, product ordering, preferred but not required.
Compensation:
Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific location.
Employees (and their families) are eligible for medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are able to enroll in our company's 401k plan. Employees are also eligible for 80 hours of vacation every year and 7-8 days of paid holidays throughout the calendar year (depending on location).
Hired applicants may be eligible for incentives/ bonuses/ annual bonuses.
