Job Summary
Car Stickers Inc. is seeking a talented Bookkeeper to join our team. 20 hrs per week with a flexible schedule. In this role, you will work closely with the CFO to maintain accurate financial records and ensure the company’s compliance with all legal requirements. Your responsibilities will include recording and verifying transactions, bringing the books to the trial balance stage, and completing tax forms. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and has a strong understanding of best practices in accounting. 
Responsibilities 
  • Enter financial data and transactions
  • Verify the accuracy of transactions that have been entered
  • Balance accounts monthly 
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Complete required tax forms
Qualifications
Previous experience as an bookkeeper, or similar position
  • Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
  • Good with spreadsheets, experienced in Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, and basic accounting systems
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
