Job description

We are seeking an evening/weekend Pharmacy Technician to become a part of our Publix team! You will assist in the preparation of medications under the direction of a pharmacist.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide premier service to Publix customers.
  • Prepare medication and other healthcare products for patients.
  • Count medications, according to prescription orders.
  • Process prescriptions using computer software.
  • Label and record medication.
  • Monitor storage and inventory of medications and supplies.

Qualifications:
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Must be 18 years old or older.
  • Must have a valid Georgia Pharmacy Technician License** .
  • Must be able to work mid-shifts, some closing shifts until 9pm, and have some weekend availability.
