Delavan Holdings is seeking a Payroll Specialist (Payroll Administrator) to join our corporate payroll team. In this role, you'll process multi-entity payroll using Paylocity for multiple businesses, including Kunes Auto Group, Lake Lawn Resort, Geneva10, and other Delavan Holdings companies.ย

What You'll Do
As a Payroll Specialist, you'll help ensure employees are paid accurately and on time by:
- Process payroll for multiple companies using Paylocityย
- Compile payroll information including:ย
- Hours workedย
- Overtimeย
- Commissionsย
- Bonusesย
- Payroll deductionsย
- Benefit contributionsย
- Garnishmentsย
- Payroll taxesย
- Review payroll reports for completeness and accuracy before processingย
- Maintain employee payroll records including:ย
- Pay changesย
- Promotionsย
- Transfersย
- Tax electionsย
- Benefit deductionsย
- Prepare payroll reports and reconcile payroll dataย
- Process direct deposits and payroll adjustmentsย
- Track PTO, vacation, sick leave, and other paid time offย
- Assist with new hire onboarding and termination payroll processingย
- Coordinate COBRA and employee benefit documentationย
- Answer employee payroll questions professionally and confidentiallyย
- Help maintain compliance with federal, state, and company payroll policiesย
Requirements

Preferred qualifications include:
- High school diploma or GEDย
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Human Resources, or a related field is a plusย
- Payroll or accounting experience preferred but not requiredย
- Equivalent education and experience will be consideredย
