Pay: $120,000 - $200,000+/ Year (uncapped commission)

The Comfort Advisor will meet with clients to present heating/cooling and plumbing solutions to make their living space more comfortable. Industry experience is highly preferred. Work hours will include some evenings to accommodate scheduling times with customers. Integrity, honesty and a genuine caring for our clients are key attributes required of all our team members.

Job Requirements:

  • 4+ years' Plumbing/HVAC system sales experience with a proven track record.
  • kitchen/bath sales, BPI and/or NCI Certifications
  • exteriors (windows, siding, roofing) insulation procedures and/or enveloping procedures (dense-packing, encapsulation, basement waterproofing) sales experience.
  • Open to *some* evening and weekend calls also especially in season.
  • Ability to conduct or learn heat load/loss calculations
  • Goal oriented with a strong desire to succeed
  • Solid organizational and sales pipeline management skills
  • Strong understanding of the psychology of sale
  • Comfortable working directly with consumers in their home
  • Strong Computer Skills
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service Skills
  • Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
