Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, cook, and present a variety of confections such as fudge, caramel apples, cake balls, chocolates, cookies and seasonal treats.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in all prep and production areas according to health and safety regulations.
  • Operate kitchen and candy-making equipment including kettles, mixers, tempering machines, and more.
  • Collaborate with culinary and park staff to develop new themed or seasonal treats that align with park events (e.g., Halloween, Christmas).
  • Interact with guests in candy shop locations, providing a friendly and engaging customer experience.
  • Ensure consistency in taste, appearance, and quality of all confectionery items.
  • Package finished products for retail sale in a visually appealing and safe manner.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in candy-making, baking, or related food production.
  • Strong knowledge of candy-making techniques and food safety standards.
  • Excellent attention to detail and creativity in product presentation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
