Major Responsibilities:

  • Lead & Supervise Nursing Staff โ€“ Manage daily staffing needs, ensuring adequate coverage and quality resident care.
  • Staff Development & Training โ€“ Assist in ongoing education, ensuring all staff are equipped to provide exceptional care.
  • Direct Resident Care โ€“ Provide hands-on nursing care, ensuring residents' medical needs are met in accordance with individualized care plans.
  • Resident Assessments โ€“ Conduct and document comprehensive evaluations upon admission and throughout their stay.
