Machine Operator Opportunities - Multiple Openings Available

Pay: $20.00 - $25.50+ per hour
Schedule: 1st, 2nd, Weekend, and Overnight Shifts Available

Location: Somers, WI

Adecco is currently hiring Machine Operators for multiple manufacturing positions with a growing client. We are seeking dependable individuals with previous manufacturing and machine operation experience who are looking to build a long-term career in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment
  • Perform machine setups, adjustments, and changeovers as needed
  • Load materials and inspect finished products for quality standards
  • Troubleshoot basic machine issues and report equipment concerns
  • Maintain accurate production records
  • Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures
  • Keep work areas clean and organized
Qualifications:
  • Previous machine operation experience required
  • Manufacturing or production experience preferred
  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues
