Job description

We are seeking a reliable and detail‑focused Data Entry Operator/Verifier to remotely enter and verify paper invoice and freight data within our company system. This position plays a key role in ensuring invoice accuracy, productivity, and timely processing while meeting established quality and performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately enter paper invoice data into the company system
  • Verify freight and invoice data for accuracy and completeness
  • Maintain productivity standards of:
    • 5,000 keystrokes per hour (KSPH)
    • 50 bills per hour (BPH)
    • Approximately 2,000 freight bills per week
  • Review reports and correct inconsistencies or errors
  • Monitor and process assigned LaserFiche folders daily, prioritizing aging invoices
  • Create and maintain client‑specific standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Review and update client account documentation quarterly
  • Participate in bi‑weekly virtual department meetings
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned
Qualifications
  • 12–18 months of data entry, invoice processing, or related experience preferred
  • High school diploma or GED preferred (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to meet production and quality metrics in a remote environment
