Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Machine Operator Stager to join their team. As a Machine Operator Stager, you will be part of the production support team, contributing to efficient and safe manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operator Stager

Location: Jackson, WI

Pay Range: $21

Shift: 1st (6:00AM - 2:00PM)

  • Safely set-up and operate equipment to optimize machine capability and product output.
  • Apply knowledge and skills to troubleshoot and address routine equipment malfunctions.
  • Monitor machines and specialized equipment to ensure high-quality production.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of production activities.
  • Follow safety policies, SOPs, GMPs, and sanitation procedures to ensure a hazard-free work environment.

What's Needed?

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing or a similar role.
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of machinery and equipment.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various environmental conditions.
