Next Level Staffing is currently recruiting for machine operator's for a client located in Waukesha (on the bus line).


1st Shift Heat Seal Machine: The Heat Seal Machine Operator is responsible to setup and operate RF (radio frequency)

machine to seal fabrics. The method we use to create a padded pattern on a seat cover is with our RF (radio

frequency) process. We have dozens of patterns available to meet our customers’ needs for function and look


2nd Shift Machine Operator Opening: The Machine Operator will have the opportunity to flex between working with both a laser and a

brake press machine. This position is responsible for bending/fabricating parts according to specifications, and

plays a critical role in ensuring that our parts are created in both an efficient and timely manner. This position will

be on 2nd shift, hours are Monday-Thursday 3:30pm-2:00am.
