Job Title: Front Desk & Lounge Attendant
Reports To: General Manager / Front Office Manager
Position Type: Full-Time or Part-Time

Position Summary

Dual-role hospitality professional managing front desk operations and lounge services. Welcomes guests, manages reservations, mixes drinks, and ensures an exceptional guest experience.

Front Desk Responsibilities

  • Check guests in and out efficiently.
  • Manage reservations via the property management system.
  • Process payments, cash handling, and billing accurately.
  • Answer phone calls and route inquiries properly.
  • Resolve guest complaints with a positive attitude.
  • Provide local recommendations and directions to guests.
  • Maintain a clean, welcoming lobby area.

Bar & Lounge Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
  • Take food orders and serve lounge menu items.
  • Verify legal drinking age for all customers.
  • Ring up lounge sales accurately in the POS system.
