Job Title: Front Desk & Lounge Attendant

Position Summary
Dual-role hospitality professional managing front desk operations and lounge services. Welcomes guests, manages reservations, mixes drinks, and ensures an exceptional guest experience.
Front Desk Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently.
- Manage reservations via the property management system.
- Process payments, cash handling, and billing accurately.
- Answer phone calls and route inquiries properly.
- Resolve guest complaints with a positive attitude.
- Provide local recommendations and directions to guests.
- Maintain a clean, welcoming lobby area.
Bar & Lounge Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Take food orders and serve lounge menu items.
- Verify legal drinking age for all customers.
- Ring up lounge sales accurately in the POS system.
- Clean bar counters, glasses, utensils, and seating areas.
- Restock bar inventory, ice, and lounge supplies daily.
- Follow all local and state liquor laws strictly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous hospitality or bartending experience preferred.
- Strong communication and multitasking skills.
- Proficient with computers and point-of-sale systems.
- Must meet state minimum age requirements to serve alcohol.
- Required state alcohol server certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Ability to stand for long periods.
- Capacity to lift up to 30 pounds.
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
