We are seeking a professional, accountable, and people-focused leader to help manage delivery operations, support Delivery Drivers and Dispatchers, reinforce standards, and build a strong culture of safety, reliability, and customer service.

Retention Bonus Opportunity

The Operations Manager may be eligible for a $750 retention bonus after completing three months of employment with Northern Edge Logistics LLC. Eligibility requires the Operations Manager to remain actively employed and in good standing, including meeting attendance expectations, supporting company safety standards, maintaining professional conduct, and helping the operation meet safety and performance goals.

All bonuses are discretionary, subject to company approval, business needs, applicable law, and payroll tax withholding.

Job Description
  • Lead daily delivery operation execution, including launch, on-road performance, and end-of-day closeout
  • Coach, support, and develop Delivery Drivers, Dispatchers, and operational team members
  • Promote a safety-first culture and reinforce safe driving, professional conduct, and accountability standards
  • Monitor attendance, route reliability, service performance, and operational readiness
  • Support hiring, on-boarding, training, scheduling, performance conversations, and retention initiatives
  • Coordinate with the leadership team on staffing needs, route commitments, fleet readiness, and operational risks
  • Use operational tools, reports, and communication channels to identify issues and DRIVE improvement
Qualifications
  • Must be at least 21 years old and authorized to work in the United States
  • Leadership, logistics, delivery, transportation, or operations experience preferred
  • Must demonstrate strong judgment, professionalism, accountability, and communication skills
  • Must be comfortable leading in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
  • Must be able to maintain confidentiality and handle employee, operational, and business information appropriately
  • Must be dependable with attendance, punctuality, and schedule accountability
