Job Overview
The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing customer service, technical repair, and warehouse shipping/receiving departments. This role requires strong leadership skills, problem-solving ability, and a hands-on approach to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage customer service, repair, and warehouse teams.
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company standards.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve productivity and reduce errors.
  • Monitor repairing, inventory, shipping and receiving activities.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met promptly.
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate staff performance.
  • Prepare regular reports on operational performance for senior management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of continuously experience in production/manufacturing environment on supervisor or manager position(required).
  • Experience of product repairing/RMA process(required)
  • Proven experience in a management role with strong supervisory experience.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Knowledge of warehouse operations and customer service best practices.
  • Ability to work under pressure and solve problems effectively.
