Pay Rate: 20.00–$22.00 per hour
POSITION SUMMARY
The Field Operations Coordinator serves as a key field accountability role at Unique Caring Opportunities. This position is responsible for conducting home visits, performing compliance audits, and providing on-the-ground operational oversight across all residential locations. The Field Operations Coordinator works closely with the Operations Manager and Director to ensure that operational standards, documentation requirements, and care expectations are consistently upheld across all homes and service lines.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct random, scheduled, and overnight visits to all residential homes to verify operational standards and care quality
- Perform spot checks and field audits on documentation, medication records, daily logs, and residential compliance items
- Conduct medication administration audits to ensure MARs are being completed accurately and on schedule
- Review incident documentation to ensure proper reporting, follow-up, and corrective action is in place
- Perform residential safety checks including home environment assessments, AC vent checks, and physical safety reviews
- Verify that all staff are following operational procedures, care standards, and company policies during visits
- Reinforce staff training, operational expectations, and accountability during on-site interactions
- Fill temporary operational coverage gaps only when there is an emergency operational need — this role is not intended to function as standard direct support staff coverage
- Provide support with transportation coordination or field transportation needs as assigned based on operational demands
- Report all visit findings, observations, and concerns directly to the Operations Manager and Director
- Identify operational risks, documentation gaps, or compliance concerns and escalate promptly
- Support APD relicensing preparation and compliance readiness through documentation verification and field assessments
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

- Strong understanding of compliance requirements, documentation standards, and operational accountability
- Flexible availability including evenings, overnights, and weekends as operationally needed
- Strong observation, documentation, and reporting skills
- Ability to work independently and exercise sound professional judgment
- Comfortable conducting accountability-focused interactions with staff in a direct and professional manner
- Valid Florida driver's license and reliable personal transportation required
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Must pass a Level 2 background check
This is a part-time field role with a flexible schedule. It is ideal for an experienced residential care professional who thrives in an accountability-focused, field-based position.
