Position For Rn Nursing!
Part Time/ Full Time!
County - Penobscot - Hours/Weekly Home Visits
Pay Rate - $37 - $40 Hourly
Benefits Such As Medical, Dental, Vision, And Retirement 401 (K) - For Full Time Only
Rn Nurse Responsibilities & Duties
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
- Monitor vital signs and health indicators regularly
- Provide wound care and dressing changes
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, and feeding
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Coordinate with healthcare providers for comprehensive patient care
- Educate patients and families about health conditions and care strategies
- Document patient progress and update medical records
- Respond to medical emergencies and provide critical care as needed
- Offer emotional support and companionship to patients and their families
- Manage pain and symptoms for patients with chronic or terminal conditions
- Supervise home health aides and other support staff
- Ensure a safe and hygienic environment for patient care
- Use medical equipment and technology efficiently and safely
Qualification-
Minimal 2 years experience
Registered Nurse (Rn) license in the state of practice
Associate's Degree in Nursing (Adn) or higher
Preferred.
- Certification in specialized areas of nursing (e.g., geriatrics, pediatrics)
- Previous experience in home healthcare or private duty nursing
- Advanced training in critical care or emergency response
