JOB SUMMARY: The Graphic Design Intern will assist with the creative efforts for REV Entertainment, the official sports and entertainment company of the Texas Rangers. This position will support the Marketing & Communications team in developing engaging visual content that promotes events, enhances brand awareness, and drives engagement and attendance across REV Entertainment properties. The ideal candidate is highly creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about sports, entertainment, and event marketing.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:

  • Design and produce marketing materials for REV Entertainment events and properties, including digital graphics, social media assets, email creative, signage, print collateral, presentations, and more.

  • Create and edit graphics that align with established brand standards across multiple properties and event brands.

  • Assist with photo editing, image selection, and content organization for marketing initiatives.

  • Collaborate with the Marketing & Communications team and other departments to fulfill creative requests and meet project deadlines.

  • Traffic and organize creative projects, ensuring assets are delivered accurately and on schedule.

  • Maintain and organize digital asset libraries, templates, and brand resources.

  • Attend select events to support creative needs on-site.

  • Work regular in-person office hours, Monday through Friday.

  • Work nights, weekends, and minor holidays as needed.

  • All other duties as assigned.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • College graduate with a degree in graphic design, marketing, or a related field.

  • Strong design portfolio showcasing creative work across digital and print mediums.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

  • Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or Adobe After Effects is a plus.

  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, and branding principles.

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Motivated self-starter with strong problem-solving skills.
