Job description

Interventional Cardiology Physician

365 Healthcare is recruiting a Board Certified or Board Eligible Interventional Cardiology Physician for a full-time permanent opportunity in Muskegon, Michigan. Join a well-established cardiovascular program within a physician-led health system, offering advanced interventional capabilities, strong surgical collaboration, and a supportive, team-based environment.

Position Snapshot
  • Schedule: Full-time, mixed inpatient and outpatient
  • Call: None
  • Weekends: None
  • Employment Type: Full-time, permanent
Practice Environment
  • Regional cardiology group with 10 physicians
  • High-volume cardiovascular program serving West Michigan
  • Strong collaboration with:
    • Cardiothoracic Surgery
    • Electrophysiology services
  • Epic EMR with MyChart integration
  • Multidisciplinary, team-based care model

This is a procedure-driven interventional role with strong institutional support and infrastructure.

Clinical Responsibilities
  • Perform interventional cardiology procedures including:
    • Cardiac catheterizations
    • Coronary angioplasty and stenting (PCI)
    • Emergency angioplasty for acute MI
  • Provide inpatient cardiology consultations
  • Conduct diagnostic and interventional procedures
  • Perform electrical cardioversions and TEE
  • Participate in device management including:
    • Pacemakers
    • ICDs
    • Loop recorders
  • Manage cardiovascular conditions including:
    • Coronary artery disease
    • Cardiomyopathy
    • Arrhythmias
    • Valvular heart disease
  • Support heart failure and CHF clinic initiatives
  • Collaborate with APPs and multidisciplinary care teams
Qualifications
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiology / Interventional Cardiology
  • Must achieve board certification within 2 years (if eligible)
  • Active Michigan license (or ability to obtain)
  • DEA certification
  • BLS certification
  • Clean malpractice and license history
