Job description

Responsibilities
The Patient Access Analyst analyzes data to identify root cause analysis of denials, discharge delays, Patient wait times and other statistical data while working closely with the Patient Access Directors, Authorization Management Director, billing leadership and Care Management leaders as well as other Patient Access leaders. The Patient Access Analyst will identify patterns and trends with payors, as well as internal processes to recommend and implement process improvement, while ensure leadership's awareness and alignment.
Qualifications
Required:
  • With Associate Degree - One year Patient Access or Revenue Cycle experience.
  • Without Associate Degree - Three years Patient Access or Revenue Cycle experience.

Desired:
  • Associate Degree
