Position Summary:

Our client is seeking an experienced Epic MyChart Analyst to provide temporary support for the MyChart and Digital Patient Experience team. This role will primarily focus on day-to-day MyChart operations, production support, ticket resolution, questionnaire configuration, and maintenance activities while internal resources are assigned to organizational initiatives and strategic patient experience projects.

The ideal candidate is an Epic-certified MyChart Analyst who can quickly integrate into an established team, work independently, and contribute immediately with minimal onboarding.

This is a Contract position based out of Buffalo, NY.

The pay range for this position is $80.00 - $90.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
