Job description

Under the direction of the Manager, Hosted Services the Senior Litigation Data Analyst, Hosted Services provides technical support through KLDiscovery's TechQ's in the use of KLDiscovery's applications (including but not limited to Relativity and Nebula) and provides training and/or technical support to internal and external clients.

Essential Functions

  • Serve as a senior-level subject matter expert on RelativityOne and Relativity Server, providing advanced technical support and troubleshooting for complex data loading, processing, and platform configuration issues.
  • Design, build, and maintain advanced Relativity workspace structures, including complex permissions models, group/user provisioning, and access control across.
  • Configure and troubleshoot advanced Relativity functionality, including Analytics (clustering, categorization, conceptual search), Structured Analytics, Processing, Imaging, and Production sets.
  • Develop, test, and maintain event handlers to automate workflows
  • Design and construct advanced Boolean and dtSearch search logic, complex layouts, and dynamic field/choice structures to support sophisticated end-user review workflows.
  • Serve as an escalation point for complex client requests, providing consultative guidance on Relativity workflow design, review protocol strategy, and platform best practices.
  • Provide advanced third-party data manipulation and reporting services to end clients.
  • Participate in client-facing meetings, demos, and training sessions, representing KLDiscovery's technical capabilities and Relativity expertise.
  • Maintain advanced working knowledge of the eDiscovery lifecycle topics, including hashing, privilege log generation, analytics, production procedures, and case timelining.
  • Mentor, train, and provide day-to-day technical guidance to Data Analysts, including onboarding support and workflow shadowing.
  • Review data analyst work product and client-facing deliverables for quality and accuracy, providing constructive feedback and coaching to support skill growth.
  • Act as a point of escalation for junior team members on complex troubleshooting scenarios, helping resolve issues efficiently and reinforcing best practices.
  • Support development and maintenance of training materials, SOPs, and best-practice documentation to strengthen team-wide technical capability.
  • Assist management with onboarding of new data analysts, including skills assessment and structured ramp-up planning as needed.

Additional Information

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Visio.

  • Knowledge of first tier litigation support applications, such as Concordance/Opticon, Summation, etc.

Education and Experience

  • 3+ years of direct Relativity is required

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Suite including Excel, Access and Word is a plus

  • Knowledge of industry software such as Concordance is a plus

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, problem-solving and organization skills

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Experience in the litigation support industry vendor/law firm is a plus but not necessary

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred

  • Available to work extended hours, including evenings and weekends
