Otolaryngologist (ENT) - Great Opportunity in Defiance, OH Ear, Nose & Throat (ENT) Opportunity Mercy Health - Defiance Clinic | Defiance, Ohio Position Overview Mercy Health is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Otolaryngologist (ENT) to join our well-established practice at Defiance Clinic in Defiance, Ohio. This is an excellent opportunity to provide high-quality, patient-focused care in a collaborative clinic + hospital-based setting, with the added benefit of seamless connections to larger tertiary centers within Mercy Health's regional network. The ideal candidate will thrive in a supportive community environment, enjoy a diverse patient panel, and be eager to grow a practice that serves both adult and geriatric populations.

Practice Highlights Balanced Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8-hour clinic days with shared call responsibility (weekend call as assigned). Patient Volume: Average of 20-28 patients per day (adult and geriatric). Procedures Commonly Performed: Tonsillectomy & Adenoidectomy Myringotomy & Tube Placement Sinus Surgery Thyroidectomy Septoplasty Frenulectomy Tympanoplasty Parotidectomy Clinic Support: Dedicated LPNs and RNs, with access to on-site RT, Radiology, Lab, and Sleep Lab.

Ancillary Services: Radiology, PT/OT, Speech Pathology, Social Work, and access to multiple specialty practices including surgery, cardiology, OB/GYN, orthopedics, podiatry, wound care, neurology, oncology, pain management, pulmonary, behavioral health, and more.
