The Weekend Shift Paint Line Helper (Friday–Sunday, 6:30 AM – 6:30 PM) plays a crucial role in supporting the efficient operation of the paint line during weekend production.

This position ensures all materials and equipment are prepared and maintained to support a smooth painting process, directly contributing to product quality and production timelines. The Paint Line Helper works closely with the paint line team to assist with loading, unloading, organizing parts, and monitoring the line for operational issues.

Attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols are essential to maintaining a safe and productive work environment. This role helps ensure production goals are consistently met.

Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Basic understanding of manufacturing or production environments
  • Willingness to work weekend shift schedule consistently
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous manufacturing or paint line experience
  • Familiarity with paint line safety standards and PPE requirements
  • Basic mechanical aptitude for minor equipment adjustments
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment

Responsibilities
