Job description

Who are we looking for?

Require a Test Lead with 10 to 14 years of experience (Level 6) in software testing, with at least 5 years in Life Insurance or Retirement services (Pension/401k).

Strong knowledge in Retirement Services , insurance domain with focus on validating applications that manage pensions, annuities, 401(k) plans, and other retirement benefits

Technical Skills:

Test Lead

  • Primary Skills :
    • Test Strategy and Execution: Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scenarios based on business requirements, Functional Specification Documents (FSDs), and User Stories.
    • Knowledge of Defined Contribution (DC) plans like 401(k), 403(b), 457 and other plans
    • Knowledge of Defined Benefit (DB) plans
    • Knowledge of key regulatory frameworks like ERISA, Secure Act 2.0, IRS & DOL guidelines
    • Knowledge of key transactions like contributions, loans, payout, etc.
    • Knowledge of RMD
    • Technical Skills: Manual testing proficiency is mandatory; experience in automation tools (Selenium, UFT) is highly preferred
    • Database: Strong SQL skills for data validation
  • Secondary Skills:
    • Automation testing knowledge on UFT or LeanFT, API Testing, Performance testing, Functional test design. Insurance domain knowledge
    • Automation frameworks and reporting tools.
    • Writing, executing, monitoring and maintenance of automated test suites.
    • CI/CD tools knowledge and Agile process
    • OOPs and JDBC Concepts.
  • Tools: Experience with Test Management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, ALM)
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills; Strong programming skills
  • Verbal, both one-on-one and with a group, and written
