Weekend Receptionist Schedule - 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM every third weekend
- Included in the holiday rotation
Weekend Receptionist Responsibilities - Deliver exceptional customer service to residents, staff, and visitors
- Monitor the front lobby and manage incoming phone calls in a professional and timely manner
- Greet and direct guests, vendors, residents, families, and employees with warmth and professionalism
- Provide administrative and clerical support to various departments as needed
- Maintain the cash box and accurately record resident trust account transactions

Weekend Receptionist Qualifications - Must be able to communicate both verbally and in writing
- Ability to work as a team member and resolve problem situations constructively
- Previous experience with multi-line phone systems, customer service and computers required
- Typing speed of 50 WPM
- Must be able to prioritize multiple tasks
