GENERAL SCOPE: To properly maintain the grounds of the campus in a safe, attractive and appealing fashion. This includes the Jewish Home and Marian’s House grounds.
EDUCATION / QUALIFICATION: High school graduate or equivalent. Some college or technical school training in golf course /grounds maintenance, landscaping and building maintenance, and light repairs in building maintenance. Pesticide and herbicide applicators license preferred but not required. Must have valid NYS drivers license.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
EXPERIENCE: Four (4) years in the landscaping and in general building maintenance and repairs preferred. Experience with MS Office and MS Outlook preferred.
