Job Title: Maintenance Technician-1st/3rd/Weekend Nights & Days - up to $35hr

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team for a weekend shift. The role involves electromechanical troubleshooting and repair of manufacturing equipment, primarily working from a preventive maintenance schedule. You will also respond to line calls and breakdowns, inspecting equipment to ensure proper operation and conducting necessary repairs.

Responsibilities

• Perform electromechanical troubleshooting and repair of manufacturing equipment.
• Work off a preventive maintenance schedule to ensure equipment reliability.
• Respond to line calls and breakdowns promptly and efficiently.
• Inspect equipment to ensure proper operation and perform necessary repairs.
• Ensure all work is conducted safely and meets industry standards.

Essential Skills

• 2-3 years experience in mechanical and electrical maintenance.
• Proficiency in mechanical/electrical troubleshooting.
• Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and schematics.
• Experience with systems, PLC troubleshooting, automation, FANUC, and ABB.
• Knowledge of up to 480v electrical systems and electrical wiring.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with PLCs and robotics (FANUC/MOTOMAN).
• Experience in mold presses and automotive parts manufacturing.
• Education: 2 years of schooling plus 1 year of experience in industrial/manufacturing maintenance.

Work Environment

The work environment is a non-temperature controlled, yet clean manufacturing setting, focusing on the production of hood liners for automotive dashboards. Expect a 70% mechanical and 30% electrical work ratio.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Delaware, OH.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
