Description
We are looking for skilled and experienced Lead Installers to join our upcoming training class and oversee the installation of high-quality bathroom projects. The Lead Installer is responsible for managing a team of two, ensuring adherence to project timelines, maintaining high-quality standards, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position requires strong technical skills, leadership ability, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure while ensuring safety and compliance on all job sites.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership
• Lead a team of installers to ensure projects are completed efficiently, on time, and to high standards.
• Ensuring proper installation techniques and safety procedures are followed.
• Train new installers on best practices, product knowledge, and company policies.
Installation & Quality Assurance
• Install various remodeling components, including bathtubs, showers, and other bath fixtures, ensuring precision and high-quality craftsmanship.
• Ensure all installations meet or exceed company and industry standards for quality and safety.
Project Coordination
• Coordinate with the Installation Manager to ensure materials and supplies are available and projects stay on schedule.
• Review project plans and specifications to ensure installations are performed correctly and efficiently.
• Communicate directly with customers to ensure project expectations are met and resolve any concerns.
Safety & Compliance
• Ensure all installation work complies with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site, ensuring all tools and materials are stored safely.
• Follow company policies regarding health and safety on job sites.
Problem-Solving & Troubleshooting
• Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during installation, including product defects, material shortages, or customer concerns.
• Provide recommendations for improvements in installation processes or materials.
