Responsibilities
  • Prospect and generate new business through networking, referrals, and community engagement.
  • Educate potential and existing clients on insurance options and recommend coverage based on their needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and agency goals.
  • Participate in local events and outreach programs to promote the agencys services.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, policy changes, and Farmers Insurance products.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow up on leads in a timely manner.

Requirements
  • Sales experience preferred, but not required. We will train the right candidate!
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and establish trust with clients.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Must obtain a Colorado Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance license (licensing assistance and reimbursement available).
  • Prior insurance experience is a plus but not required.
