Position Overview: Join our team as an Anesthesiologist at Community Hospital of San Bernardino in San Bernardino, CA! We offer competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, flexible scheduling options, and a $10,000 relocation reimbursement. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply! 

Compensation & Benefits: 

  • Compensation: $634,920 annual salary (W2) 
  • Sign-On Bonus: $20,000 
  • Relocation Reimbursement: Up to $10,000 
  • Benefits: 
    • Health, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability, and Malpractice insurance 
    • 401(k) and flexible spending accounts 
    • 7 weeks paid time off 

Practice Environment:

  • Location: Community Hospital of San Bernardino, CA 
  • Scheduling: Choose between a day shift with no call or weekends, or a traditional call schedule 
  • Hours: flexible up to 55 hours per week 
  • Case Types: Bread-and-butter cases, including GI, GYN, and General Surgery 
  • Shifts: 10, 12, or 14-hour shifts 
  • Operating Rooms: 3 ORs in daily operation 

Qualifications:

  • Active CA state license and DEA 
  • Board certified or board eligible (in process) 
  • ACLS and PALS certified
