Overview

PRN Inpatient Physical Therapist - 401K with a 4% Match + Complimentary Continuing Education

We are looking for an inpatient Physical Therapist to become a part of our hospital team in Victorville, CA! This role is part-time/PRN, where you will deliver direct patient care and assist with rehabilitation activities. All therapists in our organization receive membership in Evidence In Motion (Professional Development Program), making us an ideal choice if you are passionate about ongoing education and professional growth.

Responsibilities
  • Perform detailed assessments and evaluations of patients.
  • Create and execute personalized treatment plans.

  • Track and document patient progress, modifying treatment plans as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure cohesive care.
  • Oversee and guide Physical Therapy Assistants and/or Aides.
Qualifications
  • A genuine passion for helping others!
  • California license as a Physical Therapist or the ability to obtain one.
  • AHA BLS certification is required.
  • Both recent graduates and seasoned Physical Therapists are encouraged to apply.
Compensation

Hourly pay ranges from $55 to $62, along with free continuing education and a 401(K) plan featuring a 4% employer match.
