HVCH is a 25-bed critical access hospital (CAH) with a full-service Emergency Department, Urgent Care, and Surgical Services, as well as many Outpatient Clinics and Services, and a Rural Health Clinic providing Family and Pediatric care services. We have over 350 employees who serve the residents and visitors of beautiful Logan and Hocking Hills, Ohio. We are affiliated with OSU Wexner Medical Center and part of the Ohio State Health Network.

Your role as a PARAMEDIC

As a part time Paramedic at Hocking Valley Community Hospital, you can expect to dive right into an engaging, fast-paced environment in our ER. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve assessing, diagnosing, and managing emergency patients, collaborating closely with a talented team of healthcare professionals. Your expected schedule will be Nights, allowing you to be part of a dedicated team that ensures optimal patient care even after the sun goes down.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Paramedic and actively employed with an EMS Agency.
  • Current certification in BLS, ACLS, and PALS through the American Heart Association.
