Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, schools and colleges, community organizations, nonprofits, corporate and fleet accounts, government, police, and sheriff's offices
  • Represent the dealership in the community with the highest level of professionalism and consistency
  • Capture and log all leads accurately in the CRM and coordinate with sales and service teams to ensure appointments are set, shown, and properly followed up
  • Track all activity and results including leads generated, appointments, vehicles sold, repair orders, and gross profit
  • Submit regular performance reports and maintain full documentation for compensation eligibility

Requirements:
  • Strong relationship-building and networking skills
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on revenue generation over activity
  • Ability to work independently with high urgency and accountability
  • Experience in events, sales, marketing, or community outreach preferred
  • Flexible availability - evenings and weekends are required based on event schedule
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Performance Expectations (KPIs):
This role has clear monthly minimum standards that directly impact compensation:
  • Minimum 4 events completed per month
  • 50+ appointments shown (sales + service combined)

  • 8-12 vehicles sold per month attributed to events/partnerships
  • 75+ customer pay repair orders generated per month
  • Strong conversion metrics: 60%+ appointment show rate and 50%+ lead-to-appointment conversion
  • Maintain a minimum of 10 scheduled future events in the pipeline at all times
  • Minimum 2 new partnership contacts per day

What We Offer:

  • Benefits package including medical, dental, and vision
  • Paid time off and holiday pay
  • Paid day off for your birthday
  • Ongoing training and development
  • Career growth opportunities within a growing dealership
